Play days

I know, shocker, twice in a week. I've been on top of it this week ;) So...this week we took Madelyn to the circus! David's uncle got us free tickets again. Madelyn had so much fun...the only problem is that it started 30 minutes after she usually goes to bed. She was exhausted, naturally, but held up very well. We had a lot to do Saturday morning. After her nap, the weather was so nice, we took Madelyn to the park. Madelyn stayed on the swings for nearly an hour, slides for a good bit too, and we took a walk. It started to get chilly as the sun went down, but she didn't care & still wanted to swing. My baby loves being outside!

Well, it's hard to believe January is almost over. Thankfully, the last few days of the month were much better than the first part. Next month will be insane with many things already on the schedule, including Madelyn's birthday! We have a special surprise planned for her =)
