Additions

Well, we did something this weekend that we previously said we wouldn't do for a while. David got a new car this weekend! He got a black Toyota Scion xB. It's a cute, weird looking little box (pictures to come, I still need to download them). Our reasoning behind it was that we are going to save about $100 a month in gas. It gets a lot better gas mileage, which is better for us & the environment. We were going to sell the Grand Prix to Carmax or Driver's Way, but my dad said he wanted to buy it. His truck doesn't get good gas mileage either. And...I just got David's birthday present.

We are going to see The Phantom of the Opera!! I have to admit, I'm excited too. We decided last year that since there wasn't much that either of us wanted for our birthdays, we would do something we love - go to plays! We did The Lion King for David's birthday last year, Cirque du Soleil - Delirium for my birthday, and now this. Changes

Well, this past week has been good. On Thursday, we celebrated our 4th anniversary. It's hard to believe that it has been 4 years already! For our anniversary, I got David a movie he had been wanting (that we saw on Valentine's day) & I made a scrapbook for him with some pictures that his grandmother gave us. He got me a beautiful sapphire & diamond necklace. I love sapphires, & that was the only thing I didn't have - a necklace. It's been spread out over the past 4 years though - my first piece was his wedding present to me, which was a sapphire & diamond ring. Here is a picture of the necklace...

Saturday, we went to Steven & Vanessa's wedding...we were supposed to go to another wedding that night, but we were so tired that we didn't go - it was in Montgomery. My class that morning was canceled, so after I went up to work to do my paperwork, we went to see Shrek the 3rd. It was cute. Sunday was Amelia's lingerie shower, so it was a busy weekend! Oh, & I got my graduation present from my parents yesterday - a new digital camera! I have been wanting a new one for about a year now. It is really cool & it has a lot of different features & settings, which is what I wanted. I haven't taken many pictures with it yet, other than one of Daisy & a few of my mom's dogs for a surprise for her, but when I do, I'll post some. Maybe this weekend - we are supposed to go to Oak Mountain since I am off on Saturday & we haven't been there in forever. Well, I think that's all for now.

Bad bad bad

My animals have not been good today. The birds are flying everywhere, so they've had to be put up. Bella is ill with Sunny & he keeps trying to get away from her. Daisy keeps chewing up her foam ball & there are blue pieces everywhere. Casper has been pretty good - except for biting the carpet earlier. In other news...I have officially graduated! YAY! I am going to be working with a kid this summer doing speech. It will be nice to do a few things that are productive. I spent today doing a few things for my job to be with Shelby County. We went to Kristie Savage & Steven Franks wedding Saturday night. It was very nice. Some of the girls that we graduated with were there too, so that was fun. Other than that - not much is new.

Sh! We're hunting wabbits!

We've had another animal adopt us. We have a bunny. He lives in our backyard. I tried to get a picture of him, but it didn't turn out well. He is very little! It must be a baby. It goes back & forth between under our neighbors fence & our back yard to eat grass. Maybe I'll get a picture of him tomorrow. He comes around a few times a day. Anyway, not much else is going on. Graduation is Saturday! Yay! It seems very unreal. Anyway, I will leave a picture that was requested - Here are a few pictures of Kennedy!
