11 days and counting

Well, it's finally almost over. Tomorrow I have a presentation in Clinical Policies. It isn't going to be bad. I think we ended up with one of the easier topics - Picture exchange communication. I got to play with my new favorite toy, Boardmaker. I made a communication binder and a augmentative board. It was a lot of fun. Anyway, Monday was my birthday. It was really good. My mom & dad took me out to eat at Buffalo's. It was really good. I cannot wait for school to be over with though! I have to remember that it is almost over. I also turned in my paper on Monday. That was a relief. Let's see, what else...We went to the church Saturday to help out with the building. We didn't get to do much, maybe we can go again and help later. Well, I finished my clinic hours last week. I was talking to my advisor today. We have a paper that is due Monday covering all the things that we observed. It is supposed to be a 4 page paper, but she said she wanted it to be less than a page if possible. I was relieved because that is one last thing I need to do! I still haven't gotten the grades on my lesson plans yet...Maybe they will be finished tonight. You can tell everything is winding down around here. I have to schedule my finals since half of them are scheduled for after my grades are due. So far I have 2 on Tuesday and 1 on Wednesday. I don't have a final for clinic (other than the paper), so I just have 2 left - food science and special ed. I have a feeling that I will have to take special ed. on a Saturday or Sunday since my professor teacher a Thompson. I guess we'll see!

Hey Jeni! I found your blog through Val's. I love to keep up with people, and I have wanted for a while to get to know you better! I hope this gives me the opportunity! Congratulations on graduate school... I always wanted to do that, but I never had the chance! Maybe when my boys are older, huh! Feel free to check out my blog sometime! Jamie
