So it hardly seems like just a week ago, but we took Madelyn to the Fairy Tale Ball at Calera library. This was the first year that we felt she was old enough to go & have fun. She was a bit wary of everything, but she seemed to enjoy it. Of course, Cinderella was her favorite. Well, that & the 3 pigs. She donned the dress we gave her for her birthday, and could not have been any more beautiful!
I think she liked them because they danced.

The whole Alice in Wonderland set up really threw her off.
Madelyn is fascinated with Ariel right now. She has never seen the movie, but she has a few books with her in them. She always says mommy is Ariel.
Getting a little pixie dust
Cinderella has her glass slipper.We have only 1 week left until spring break. We had originally planned on going somewhere, so David took off the week, but with gas prices being so high & trying to save money, we think we have settled on a "staycation". So far we have thought of going to Bud's Best, the Montgomery Zoo, Jump Zone, or maybe Vulcan. Any other suggestions? Two year pics coming soon...I want to play around with them first =)
