Another year

Well, my birthday was yesterday, and other than starting off kind of crazy, it was a pretty good day. I got to work early because we were supposed to have an intruder drill, and I needed to talk to the other girl in my room about it. It was kind of scary - it was a dramatization with police and everything, and there were also meetings going on yesterday, so needless to say, it was chaos. It lasted about an hour, and after we finished with our meetings, we decided to go to lunch just to get out of the building. It was nice. I had lots of messages when I got home yesterday...we weren't home very long before we left again! We went to The Melting Pot for dinner - it was better than last time! I didn't think that was possible. Then we went home & watched a movie. At least we missed the storms! We were behind them all the way. Anyway, everything has been going well here. I have to get my car fixed next week from the hail damage, which will take a few days. So we will be borrowing a car from my parents. One positive note - school is winding down!!
