It took me long enough, but here are lots of pictures from our trip to Gatlinburg. Last week was really hectic. I was so glad when Thursday was over!! Our presentation went well, and I finished my case history. The weekend was really good. Friday Valerie came over for a while & we worked on invitations. Then I was off Saturday, so we took Emmy to the Children's Hands on Museum in Tuscaloosa. She really enjoyed it. I was afraid that we weren't going to get to go because of damage from the storms. Thankfully, it wasn't as bad as everyone thought. I'll try to post picture of that sometime...now that they're all downloaded. After the museum Saturday we went to Dillard's for a while since there isn't one around here, and when we got back, we met my parents for dinner at Lonestar in Wildwood as an early birthday celebration. That night, Laura called & said she was really bored & wanted to come over, so she came over that night. We watched "Convicted" which I had wanted to see because they had something about a deaf girl on there who's dad was trying to force her to get cochlear implants. It was really interesting. It didn't come on Friday because of storm coverage. Sunday we got up and went to Sunday School/School of Ministry. That was really good, and so was the service. Around 3, Sharon came & picked Emmy up, and now David is doing some computer work. I am kinda sleepy. I tried to take a nap this afternoon. That didn't work too well.
Oh, and I don't know if I posted this already, but Friday March 31st, David took me to Cirque du Soleil - Delirium. It was AMAZING!! This was part of my birthday present from him. We had great seats on the lower level - close enough to see everything without limitations. There were floor seats too, which I was thankful we didn't have, because I don't think those people were able to see the stage. I think the front row of the balcony would have been ok, but our seats were really good. Ok, now I'm rambling...
